Afbudspolitik

Ved afbud skal du selv gå ind og slette din tid samt booke en ny tid via vores online booking.

VIGTIGT:

Vi modtager ikke afbud via e-mail, Facebook, Instagram eller andre sociale medier.

Vi har fuld forståelse for, at planer kan ændre sig. Hvis du ikke har mulighed for at komme til din aftalte tid, beder vi dig venligst melde afbud, så en anden kunde kan få glæde af tiden og så vi ikke venter forgæves.

Afbud skal meddeles senest 24 timer før den aftalte tid.

Pludseligt opstået sygdom er dog undtaget.

Hvis afbud ikke meldes rettidigt, opkræver HNG Hair Concept et udeblivelsesgebyr på 50 % af behandlingens pris, som fremsendes via faktura.

Det er omkostningsfuldt for salonen, når en stol står tom.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your appointment, please delete your booking and rebook a new time via our online booking system.

IMPORTANT:

We do not accept cancellations via email, Facebook, Instagram, or other social media platforms.

We fully understand that plans can change. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, we kindly ask that you cancel in advance so another client may take your time slot and so we do not wait in vain.

Cancellations must be made no later than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.

Sudden illness is exempt from this policy.

If a cancellation is not made within the required time, HNG Hair Concept reserves the right to charge a no-show fee of 50% of the treatment price, which will be sent via invoice.

It is costly for the salon when a chair remains empty.
